Himalaya is the most famous place to attract very tourist and other which is also interested in climbing, trekking, and paragliding but Thol Lake owns a famous Thol wildlife sanctuary and welcomes dozens of birds of different species. That lake is also holding the soft corner of this place. The sanctuary has an in-build low-water body for the birds. You can see Many migratory birds visit this sanctuary, you can variously nest and breed in the water body. Which is attract many types of nature lovers and bird lovers. Some prominently seen bird species are Flamingoes and Sarus Crane, which are pretty rare to be found elsewhere. That is a rare view at present because this is available at a small percentage so at least just see it in real life and make life great full in your mind.
Important things about this place.
- It’s a bird century in its raw form with a small to large variety of birds. This place holds the Main magnetism which are Flamingos, pelicans, painted strokes, and kingfishers. One can go for a half-day tour of this dwelling, there is a discrete arrangement to seat inside the century done by the Forest department. One watch tower is here but please carry your own binoculars for better citing.
- You can see Apart from birds, mammals such as blue bulls, striped hyenas, wolves, golden jackals, and blackbuck also exist in this particular sanctuary. One of the main magnetism of this particular lake is that it is enclosed by marshy plants. Other than that, many diverse kinds of flowers and thorny plants are also to be found now. That place is so a beautiful picnic dwelling with Family and Friends, Best Period to visit is December to February Months as one can find lots of traveling birds here.
- This lake is suitable for a one-day trip. In this fast and droning work life and impractical study pressure on the kids, managing a holiday for a few days is just not reasonably priced both in terms of change and time. We all are searching for a location for a one-day visit or maybe a small family snap, Thol Lake is suitable for both.
- This place is called as little heaven In monsoons especially, green Lush is at its optimum beauty level, and thousands of birds. Their cheeping tones make it even more ordinary. Here the soil is very productive and it smells too decent after raining. After visiting this place, you just Loved the place. Cyclists have some privilege t was astonishing to see flamingos even in off periods, maybe due to the availability of some water in the lake. There is a slight park also which was not well preserved when I visited the sanctuary. The place itself has nothing more than an open landscape with a good cover of woods/trees and a lake. It is an extraordinary bird watching site I would personally propose anyone wishing to go here, should go in the Early winter mornings as such birds travel here during winter. That cold waft of winter after walking for a while along with the warm sun rising and in the front matchless beauty of the variety of birds adds life to the home and so the place just turns into beautiful savanna.
- This place is One of the best and most calming places to visit for concord and a walk-in nature watching at the beautiful birds and nice lake. The greatest time to visit is around 6 AM. They have lately added a new public binocular to closely detect the beautiful birds. Earlier there was no care to visit, only the camera and vehicle charge were functional. However, now there is a 50rs charge for everybody above the age of three years old. However, it’s a must-visit if you live around Bopal and love nature, you can apply a good 3 to 4 hours there.
Overall experience.
That is very good place to be stayed and spent 2-2.5 hours (at that place good that is thol sanctuary itself) with friends, for twosomes. They take one shop inside which trades water bottles/Tea/wafers & nankeen. Birds’ diversity can be seen effortlessly during the relocation. During the transfer, you can easily travel with birds. Photographers must visit this place if they are nearby this place. Visit particularly in the winter season.
